We offer all lamb cuts to a comprehensive range of markets worldwide during certain seasons. Majority of our lamb come from New Zealand and Australia. However, our supplier base extends well beyond Australia and New Zealand to products from Uruguay, Chile, and Spain.
Our six-cut carcases are popular as they allow an extra 40 per cent storage space in sea freight containers, which reduces shipment and cold storage costs. All of our Lamb and Mutton products are halal certified.
